I got a really bad haircut a week ago (see my other review) so I came back to get it fixed by another barber and she fixed it perfectly as a free trim. Super nice and understanding about everything. I'm glad I came back; been going here for a while and that was the only bad trip, now it's fixed.

Got my hair cut with Tina. Haircut is fine but she shaved half my beard off on one side. Charged me extra for the haircut too. Won’t be going back to this location.

I will avoid this stylist from now on. Normally a good location but if I see her in there I'm runnin to great clips - at least their bad haircuts are cheap. I asked for layers, barber cut a straight chili bowl (her words). She didn't understand what "trim off my neck" meant and kept shutting my requests down. I'm still upset, especially when everyone is asking what happened to my hair lol. Customer in the store said "don't worry it'll grow back" lol
